Thank you for visiting my site and learning about me. I look forward to meeting you on Friday!
Results-driven executive leader with a proven track record of fiscal growth, operational modernization, and board-level relationship management. Seeking to serve as Scout Executive for the Green Mountain Council, focusing on infrastructure revitalization, membership growth, and establishing a sustainable financial foundation through innovative technology and donor cultivation.
I have been fortunate to learn from many strong mentors during my tenure in Scouting, both as a youth and as an executive. Serving rural, suburban, and urban populations and people from diverse backgrounds, I have a proven track record of successfully managing campaigns in fundraising, membership, program, and unit service. I have strong interpersonal and communication skills that help make everyone feel involved and appreciated. I am an innovator who has found ways to increase productivity and efficiency through implementation of new procedures and technology. I recognize and seek to develop the strengths in others, both volunteers and professionals.
